Delivery at a glance
- Free tracked delivery on orders of $20 or more.
- A small delivery fee applies to orders under $20. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
- Estimated delivery: 8–15 business days from the day you order (1–3 days to prepare and dispatch, then 7–12 days in transit).
Processing time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with a tracking link once it's on its way.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, tracked delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during holidays, sale periods and customs checks.

The places we deliver to are shown at checkout. If yours isn't listed, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Multiple packages
Items ship from our partner warehouses, so if you order several products they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You won't pay extra for this.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your parcel. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show its first update after dispatch.
Taxes and duties
Any taxes or duties that apply to your order are shown at checkout wherever possible. If you have a question about this, contact us before ordering.
Late or lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a free replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address until the order has been dispatched.
