This website, cosycatco.com, is operated by CosyCat ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everyone who visits the website, creates an account or places an order (the "Services"). By using the Services or buying from us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Shipping information. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Please give us accurate contact, billing and shipping information so we can deliver your order.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to show product colors, sizes and details accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and handmade or natural materials can vary slightly from item to item. Sizes are given in the product description; please check them against your pet before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before you buy.
Our products are made for pets under supervision. Check toys and accessories regularly and remove any item that is damaged. Do not leave small toys with a pet that chews or swallows objects.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive an order confirmation.
4. Discount codes
Discount codes are valid only as described in the offer (for example, WELCOME10 gives 10% off and can be used once per customer). Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and usually cannot be combined unless the offer says so. We may end or change an offer at any time, but not for an order already placed.
5. Orders
An order confirmation email means we have received your order; it is not yet acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any amount you paid. If you want to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return it under our Refund Policy.
6. Shipping
We ship to the addresses we offer at checkout. Many of our products ship from our partner warehouses, and delivery usually takes 8–15 business days with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order. 7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
8. Reviews and content you send us
If you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is honest, about your own experience, and does not break any law or anyone's rights. You allow us to show it on our website and marketing, with your first name or display name. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated. Some reviews on our product pages were collected from verified buyers of the same product on other marketplaces; we label this on the page.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by trying to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with the website's security or operation, scraping it in bulk, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything unlawful.
10. Intellectual property
The website's text, photos, logos and design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to or use third-party services (for example payment providers, shipping carriers and review apps). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
12. Disclaimer
Except as stated in these Terms or required by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the website will always be available or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party makes a claim against us because you broke these Terms or the law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live gives you the right to rely on local consumer law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
