Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you order.
How do I attach it?+
Peel off the adhesive backing and press it firmly onto a clean, smooth surface at your cat's head height.
Will the adhesive damage my wall?+
Adhesive can mark some paint and wallpaper. Test on a hidden spot first, or stick it to a cupboard or scratching post.
Is catnip safe for my cat?+
Catnip is a natural plant that is generally safe for cats. Supervise at first and remove the ball if it gets chewed apart.
Will it work for my kitten?+
Most kittens don't react to catnip until around 6 months old, but many still enjoy batting the spinning ball.

What if my pet doesn't like it?+
