Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you order.
How does the puzzle box work?+
Balls sit inside the box behind peek-a-boo holes. Your cat reaches in, paws and swats to get them out, just like hunting.
Is it hard to set up?+
No. It's flat-packed and folds into shape in seconds, with no tools needed.
Which shape should I choose?+
Both work the same way. Square fits neatly against a wall, round is great in the middle of a room.
How do I clean it?+
Wipe the suede fabric with a damp cloth and let it air dry.
How long does delivery take?+
Shipping is free on every order. Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
What if my pet doesn't like it?+
You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and return shipping is free. Just contact us with your order number.
